Interior Spaces

A stunning oak entryway and staircase, beautiful stained glass windows, as well as a sparkling Australian crystal chandelier set the stage for your event. The main floor of 1800 square feet includes a gather space, a full kitchen, a solarium, a full bath with a walk-in whirlpool tub, and the Gentlemen's quarters with three sleeping areas.

Upstairs is the Ladies' Parlor which includes a full size suite for socializing, two queen bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a vintage whirlpool tub.

With 3300 square feet, the Victorian View is ready for you and your guests.

Gathering Space

The main great room features a gas fireplace and opens into a full kitchen and counter for serving. A second space is adjacent and features a copper fireplace & flat screen TV.

Ladies' Parlor

The upstairs is where the ladies can gather and relax as you get ready for the special day.

Gentlemen's Quarters

On the main floor, two private rooms including 3 sleeping areas are ready for the guys to get ready & chill.

The Gardens

Designed by the master arborist at the University of Iowa, the 43,000 square feet of landscaped gardens surrounded by a white privacy fence are available for your event. The gardens feature:

a 15' vine covered metal gazebo
4 white garden arches
elegant shade sail option
beautiful pressed concrete area for dancing
