The backdrop of our grand Victorian architecture includes a stunning oak woodwork, staircase, fireplaces, beautiful stained glass windows, as well as a sparkling Australian crystal chandelier setting the stage for your event.

The main floor has two gathering spaces, a full kitchen, solarium, and bath.

Upstairs accommodations include three bedrooms (one with a sitting area) and two baths.

In warmer weather, the Gardens provide beautiful outdoor opportunities for you and your guests.

Availability

In addition to booking the Victorian View for your special event, we host many public events such as murder mystery dinners, paranormal investigations, Almost Newlywed Games, and sewing & art retreats, etc.

The Event Center can be booked by the day, overnight, weekend, or by the hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Tables & chairs for 100 guests
Full kitchen including a full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, limited dinnerware, cookware, and utensils

Overnight accommodations are available for an additional fee.

Additional fees apply for parties over 100 guests.
